Custom Luxury Home (Milton, ON) - Completion Fall 2025Was engaged to deliver comprehensive project management services for this luxury custom home. Our scope began with conceptual designs for preliminary meetings with the Town of Milton Planning Department, followed by coordinating architects and engineers to prepare the full permit submission package.
In addition to land development consulting and planning approvals, our team has overseen the construction project management — from tendering and contractor coordination to on-site supervision, scheduling, and quality control. With the build now approaching completion, BLP continues to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of craftsmanship.
Proposed Medium Density Development (Springwater, ON)Provided preliminary development services, including a detailed feasibility study, conceptual site designs, and preliminary floor plans.
