Broadway Land Planners Ltd. is proud to showcase this recently completed custom luxury residence in Milton, Ontario. This project involved the demolition of an existing home and the construction of a new custom residence designed to meet our client’s vision, budget, and timeline. Our team coordinated the entire process from start to finish, including initial surveys, engineering, architectural design, Committee of Adjustment applications for by-law amendments, permit approvals, and full construction management. Through careful planning, consultant coordination, and hands-on project oversight, we successfully delivered a high-quality custom home on time, within budget, and in line with our client’s expectations.
